What we offer:
The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is up to $80,000 CAD annually plus eligibility for bonus and overtime
opportunities. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and experience.

Shift Hours: rotating days, evenings and weekends. 8.5 hours a day. 42.5 hours weekly with overtime opportunities
As a Maintenance Technician you will:
•
Ensure the maintenance and repair of all equipment and machinery.
•
Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test and adjust.
•
Follow and complete a daily maintenance and repair schedule.
•
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
•
Keep accurate records, as required.
•
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment.
•
Maintain working knowledge of environmental safeguards and alarm systems.
•
Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
•
Repair conveyors, gearboxes, motors and blowers. Cut-up lines, hydraulic bin dumpers,
tray sealing machines and many more
Position Requirements:
•
Valid trade certificate (e.g., Electrical, Millwright, Machinist, or Industrial Mechanic) or enrolled in an applicable program.
•
Previous maintenance experience in a food processing environment, an asset.
•
High level of critical and logical thinking.
•
Analytical, with problem-identification and problem-solving capabilities.
•
Ability to interact and work professionally as a part of a team as well as work independently.
•
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is essential.
•
Effective communication skills.
•
Must be willing to work rotating shifts.
