You will also get staff discounts on Eden Valley products. Duties and Responsibilities Include: Ensuring that producer flock information is accurate and appropriate for use by key stakeholders. Tracking data and statistics on producer flocks. Ensuring that reporting is completed in a timely and accurate manner. Visiting the production floor to view bird quality and collect data. Liaising with Poultry Industry Veterinarians as required. Analyzing data to determine trends and areas of opportunity. Building reports, managing systems and data. Developing an understanding of processes and recommend impactful efficiencies that are fact-based. Requirements and Qualifications: Post-secondary training or degree in a Technical Discipline, Agriculture, Science, Business, or 4-6 years of relevant technical work experience. Poultry or livestock experience would be considered an asset. Advanced Excel and Visual Basic Applications experience in a working environment, preferred. Experience working with business intelligence tools. Mathematical skills with strong analytical, statistical background and interpretive skills. Passion for research. Exceptional oral and written communication skills with an attention to detail. Strong writing skills for creating reports and correspondence. Excellent time management skills Ability to work efficiently as part of a past paced team as well as independently. High level of curiosity of how businesses and systems work.
